Christmas Eve Low Country Boil

I love family traditions. As our family (with children anyway) is relatively new, we've still been experimenting and discovering the traditions that will define our family. I think this year we found a keeper. This year we had our First Annual Christmas Eve Low Country Boil.

There was paper on the table, crab legs, shrimp, sausage, onions, corn on the cob, red potatoes and of course very generous amounts of Old Bay. Yum-O!

Haven't heard "Low Country Boil" since we lived in Georgia. Did you turn into a Southern Belle since you left HI?
